Looking for a house to buy in Nha Trang area

overlooking the see possibly in a resort

uncrowded area. Needed living area for maid and

driver. A multi villa (3) property could be

interesting for 3 fiends buying the entire

at the end of current year if there are sites

i am interrested in buying a house in nhatrang or possible land that i can develop, preferably near or on the beach, i would also be interrested in buying several houses or villas attached or together as i have friends interrested in investing also.could you please inform me of prices and some sort of specification and hopefully some photos, i am in Australia and will be travelling to vietnam soon to look at buying real estate.

We have a brand new apartment in the heart of Nha Trang, 7th floor view overlooking Nha Trang beach. It was originally a 2 bedroom apartment but now has been re-designed as a European style one bedroom apartment and fully furnished.

400m from the beach and shopping town.

i have visited nha trang. i will return in september for long term visit. over six months. i really am looking for nice small place for single guy. i would like to find downstairs unit or single story house. i am 70 y.o.. don't do well with steps.

i may be interested in small place for private photo studio.

any help with prices locations . ownership, rental hints. tell me what sites to visit etc. thanx in advance for info or leads or connections.fred sanders in ramona , california.
