I believe Kim have posted her email add over there.. So if Dean is interested on purchasing that property, why would not he email Kim anyway... Geez, why are people so complicated nowadays. Unless Dean is not really interested at all and was just trying to join this forum for some reasons.. If I were you Dean I would email Kim about your concern. I bet she will have a response.

In response to Ashley, how do you even request for more information when even the attempt to provide pictures have not been at all been made? I think it is better to be complicated for a cause; in the end you will get all or something close to what you desired. Besides, why should you advertize for sale of property in a forum page? It makes you seem like not a serious seller anyway!
