HI ，everybody:
I am Dave Lee from Hochiminh city , Vietnam and I am living in an apartment with lift which is opposite to WINDSOR HOTEL in District 5, Hochiminh city (which is China town in Vietnam ). It is near the An Dong market and only 5 minutes' ride to the downtown of Hochiminh city .I have one extra room around 30M2 to be rent with charges of USD 150/month (excluding water and electricity). There are bed , aircontioner and internet in it and there are toliet , kitchen and satelliete TV in apartment etc to be shared .
