during the 70thies my parent migrated from Vietnam to France. I was 6 years then. Now I'm 37 and would like to return to my home country. I therefore am looking to find legal information regarding my duties and rights towards the Vietnamese Gouvernment. Due to my parents migration I have now the French citizenship. Could you advise where to find correct information? Thanks, Hoa
