What about safety? How old is the building? Are there proper fire exits? And how many guards are assigned?
Is the building near a business district? Are there any nice locations to enjoy the beauty of Vietnam?
I am intrested in renting a condo for the month of febuary
Thank you for your all queries of my condos:@Bill: What about safety? How old is the building? Are there proper fire exits? And how many guards are assigned? My replies: We offer 24/24 security service. The building was inaugurated on May 2008. There're 4-5 fire exits. Averagely, there re always 3-4 guards assigned. @Seirra: Is the building near a business district? Are there any nice locations to enjoy the beauty of Vietnam? My replies: Yeah, it's very near An Dong Commercial Plaza and Windsor Plaza Hotel. You can go view from our balconies. @David Lowe: My condos will be availalbe from 9th Feb 2009 as we rent the condos out to an USA man now.
My question is, what did you mean when you listen everything included and you said wardrobe? You seriously provide the renter with clothes to wear everyday? What it its not their style of clothes. Maybe you meant it has a closet, a place to put your wardrobe, am I right?
You will find its another word for closet, not too bright are you.
@Nikki & @Steve: a portable closet for hanging up clothes, everyone can understand what wardrobe means. I am Vietnamese, so of course I am not as bright as you are. Thank you for your time.
Introducing Ho Chi Minh City Boasting an electric, near palpable energy, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) is Vietnam’s largest metropolis and its undisputed capital of commerce. For the casual visitor, Saigon – as its still called by all but the city officials who live here – can seem a chaotic mess of traffic-clogged roads and urban bustle, with nary a green space in sight. Yet thousands of expats and Vietnamese immigrants couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. They’ve long since fallen prey to the hidden charms of one of Southeast Asia’s liveliest cities.
