Is this business property still available and if so, I own my own t-shirt business where I make t-shirts by order I screen print and can also do iron ons. I have all my own equipment I was just wondering if I would be able to set my shop up here, and also how much is the rent each month?

As I read your ad it seems that your franchise is a good business. To think that there are also rooms available upstairs makes business owner save renting money for a flat. But I am just wondering, why are you selling your franchise? If I was the owner of that kind of business I definitely would never sell it. So, what is the reason behind you selling your business.. There could be many reasons why it is for sale..just twist your imagination a bit. What if he is moving out of the country, is seeking to expand the business or has gotten another way to occupy himself. Trust me, you will part with a load of money to purchase it.

Unfortunately, the said buyer has been economical with the specifications. How do you even confirm that all this is true?
